Your appointments are very important to Illuminate Salon, they are reserved especially for you and I do not double book so I can give each guest my undivided attention. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply and will need to be paid before any other appointment can be booked.
- Less than 48 hour notice will result in a late fee and will be required to be paid before booking another appointment.
FIRST LATE CANCELLATION
$25 per service
SECOND LATE CANCELLATION
50% of the services booked
THIRD LATE CANCELLATION
100% of the services booked and will be required to prepay for any future services and will be non-refundable.
No Call/No Show will result in a 100% fee and will need to be paid before any other appointment can be scheduled. All future appointments will be required to be prepaid and will be non-refundable.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked or the service time will need to be shortened so I do not run into my next scheduled appointment.
As a courtesy, my booking system confirms your appointments by the method you chose when scheduling, 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. However, if a text or email is not received on your end due to technical difficulty, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
SERVICE RE-DO AND RETAIL RETURN POLICY
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut or color, let me know within 5 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost and must be adjusted within 2 weeks of original service. Any adjustments must align with our original consultation. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or are requested more then 5 days later, will require full payment. There are no refunds on services provided.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
